Allied health marketing that grows your referrals

Allied health marketing for physio, OT, podiatry, speech and dietetics clinics that want steady GP referrals and new clients.

Partnership plans from $4,500 + GST a month

For allied health clinics

Allied health marketing built on referrals and search

Rock Solid Marketing provides allied health marketing for clinics and practitioners across Australia, from our Mildura office. We work with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, dietetics and multi-discipline practices that want more of the right clients.

New clients usually arrive one of two ways. A GP or specialist refers them, or they search for help with a problem like a sore knee or a child’s speech. Your marketing has to work for both, from the introduction pack a GP keeps on file to the page that explains what a first appointment involves.

Partnership plans start from $4,500 + GST a month, and every clinic starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.

Common problems

What gets in the way, and how we fix it

  1. GPs refer to the clinic they’ve used for years, not to us.

    What we do

We build a referrer program: an introduction pack, practitioner profiles that list interests and availability, and short email updates to the GP practices near you.

  2. Our website lists services but doesn’t explain conditions.

    What we do

We write condition and service pages in plain English, such as knee rehabilitation, NDIS therapy or children’s speech, so people recognise their problem and book.

  3. Each practitioner has a different specialty and none of them show up online.

    What we do

Each practitioner gets a profile with their interests, qualifications and consulting days, linked from the conditions they treat and from your Google Business Profile.

  4. We’re not sure what AHPRA lets us say.

    What we do

For registered professions we follow AHPRA’s advertising guidelines: no testimonials about clinical care, no promised outcomes and clear terms on any offer. We hold self-regulated professions to the same standard.

What’s in the plan

Digital marketing for allied health clinics

Our allied health marketing services cover the two ways clients arrive: referrals from other practitioners and searches for help with a problem.

GP referral program

An introduction pack, a referrer page and short updates for local GPs and specialists, so your clinic comes to mind when they write a referral.

Condition pages

A page for each condition and service you want more of, written for the person searching, with what to expect at a first appointment.

Practitioner profiles

A profile for each clinician with their interests, qualifications and consulting days, linked from the conditions they treat, so clients book the right person.

Local search and maps

Google Business Profile, local SEO and site structure for each location, with every clinic listed under the right categories and checked monthly.

Short practitioner videos

Short videos of your clinicians explaining common conditions, filmed simply and shared on your website, YouTube channel and social pages.

Referral reporting

A monthly meeting and a HubSpot dashboard showing new clients by source: GP referral, search, social or word of mouth.

Who it’s for

Is it the right fit?

Who it’s for

  • Multi-discipline allied health clinics
  • Physiotherapy, podiatry and OT practices opening a second site
  • Speech pathology and dietetics practices that rely on GP referrals
  • New practices that need a referral base quickly
  • Owners wanting an allied health marketing consultant with a team behind them

Not a fit

  • Practices that want client testimonials in their ads
  • Solo practitioners already booked out with a waitlist
  • Clinics that only need a new website (our web design team quotes that)

How it starts

Health practitioner marketing that starts with your caseload

We begin with your caseload. Which conditions and client groups do you want more of, which practitioners have room, and where do your current clients come from? We also list the GP practices and specialists within reach of each clinic.

You get a practical roadmap that pairs a referral program with search. If your practitioner profiles and Google Business Profile only need a tidy-up rather than a monthly plan, we’ll tell you before we quote.

  • Conditions and client groups to grow
  • Practitioners with free appointments
  • Referral sources by GP practice and specialist
  • Your Google Business Profile and site, checked
  • Claims that need an AHPRA check

Win the referral. Then win the search.

All FAQs

Our allied health plans start at $4,500 + GST a month on the Starter partnership plan, which covers 28 hours of work. Standard is $5,500 + GST a month for 35 hours, and Advanced is $7,500 + GST a month for 45 hours. Ad spend is extra and paid to the platform. A single clinic usually fits Starter, while groups with several sites or disciplines tend to need more hours.

You market an allied health practice to doctors by making referral easy and keeping them informed. Introduce each practitioner and their interests, and tell GPs which conditions you see and how soon you can book. After a referred client’s first visit, send the GP a short letter, with the client’s consent. We prepare the introduction pack, referrer page and updates, so you only need to make the visits.

AHPRA’s list of regulated professions includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, psychology, chiropractic and osteopathy. Speech pathology, dietetics and exercise physiology aren’t on it; they’re self-regulated through their professional bodies. Registered professions must follow AHPRA’s advertising guidelines, including the ban on testimonials about clinical care. We hold every allied health page to that standard, registered or not.

Marketing for health professionals includes a clear website, a Google Business Profile, referral relationships and content that explains what you treat. For allied health, add practitioner profiles, condition pages and a way to book online. Our plans also cover social media, email to past clients who agreed to hear from you, and monthly reporting on where new clients came from.

No. We work with allied health clinics across Australia from our Mildura office, with monthly meetings by phone, video or visit. Our specialists are based in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania. Referral programs work best when you make the GP visits yourself, so we prepare the materials and you take them to the practices near you.

Not in your advertising if your profession is AHPRA-registered. Testimonials about clinical care can’t appear in ads, on your website or on your social pages. Clients can still review you on Google, and you can reply without discussing their care. For self-regulated professions we apply the same rule, because it keeps the focus on facts rather than promises.

Allied health clinic marketing usually shows results through referrals first, because one GP practice can send several clients; search builds over months. Condition pages start bringing enquiries once Google has found and ranked them. We agree on targets at the start and show new clients by source each month, so you can see what’s working and where to spend.

No. Our partnership plans have no lock-in contracts and are reviewed with you every month. If a practitioner leaves or you open a new site, we change the hours and channels to match. You keep ownership of your site content, ad accounts and email list, whatever you decide about the plan.
