NDIS Google Ads that follow your capacity

NDIS Google Ads for providers who want enquiries when they have places to fill, and quiet ads when they don’t.

Part of Marketing for NDIS Providers

NDIS Google Ads

NDIS Google Ads that run when you have places

Rock Solid Marketing runs NDIS Google Ads for disability service providers across Australia, with campaigns that switch on when you have capacity and pause when you’re full. A SIL vacancy, open day program places or new therapy slots are worth advertising this week. Next month, when they’re filled, the same ads waste money.

We build campaigns around the people who search for supports: support coordinators, plan managers, families and participants. Every ad states your registration status honestly and makes no promises about plan funding. This page is part of our NDIS marketing work.

Partnership plans start from $4,500 + GST a month, and ad spend is paid to Google. If your referral network can fill your places faster than ads, we’ll tell you before we quote.

Common problems

What gets in the way, and how we fix it

  1. Our ads kept running after the SIL house was full, and we paid for calls we had to turn away.

    What we do

Campaigns are set up by service and site, so we pause the full ones and keep the others running. You tell us when capacity changes.

  2. We need support workers as much as participants, but our job ads get lost.

    What we do

Recruitment runs as its own campaign with its own budget, landing on a careers page, so it never eats into the participant budget.

  3. We’re not sure what our ads are allowed to say about registration and funding.

    What we do

We only use “registered” if you are, never promise what a plan will fund, and write to the NDIS Code of Conduct. You approve every ad.

How we run it

Google Ads for NDIS providers, built around capacity

Each service and site has its own campaign, so the budget always follows the places you actually have.

Switched on with capacity

Tell us when a room, a program place or therapy slots open up, and that campaign goes live. When it fills, we pause it the same week.

Searches by support type

People search for the support and the area: SIL in a town, a day program near them, OT for a child. Campaigns match those searches, not the word NDIS alone.

Written for coordinators too

Support coordinators and plan managers want quick facts: supports offered, areas covered, registration status and how to refer. Landing pages give them exactly that.

Support worker recruitment

Thin regional labour markets make staff as hard to find as clients. A separate recruitment campaign sends job seekers to your careers page, with its own budget.

Honest by design

No “registered” unless you are, no claims about what a plan will fund, and no pressure tactics. Ads follow the NDIS Code of Conduct and Google’s ad policies.

Enquiries by service and site

The monthly report shows enquiries and referrals for each service and site, plus job applications from the recruitment campaign, side by side.

How it works

How a partnership runs

Every partnership starts with a strategy, then runs month by month with one plan and one point of contact.

  1. Free discovery call

A free 30-minute call about your business, your goals and whether a partnership is the right fit.

  2. Strategy and roadmap

We get to know your goals, customers, challenges and opportunities, then give you a practical marketing roadmap.

  3. Monthly delivery

Your account manager runs the plan each month across the channels it needs, from social media and SEO to email and press releases.

  4. Meet and report

A monthly meeting by phone or visit, with a HubSpot dashboard that shows what the work is achieving.

How it starts

How NDIS provider Google Ads start with us

We start with your services, sites and current capacity, and with how referrals reach you now. Which supports have places? Which areas do you cover? Who answers enquiries, and how fast? Then we set up campaigns for the services with room, and a recruitment campaign if you need staff.

You approve every ad and landing page before launch, and your organisation stays responsible for its own compliance. After that, a quick message from you when capacity changes is enough: we switch campaigns on or off and report the results at your monthly meeting.

  • Services and sites mapped by capacity
  • Registration wording checked with you
  • Coordinator-friendly landing pages
  • Recruitment kept in its own budget
  • Campaigns paused when places fill

Pay for enquiries only when you can say yes.

Our management sits in partnership plans from $4,500 + GST a month for 28 hours, with Standard at $5,500 + GST and Advanced at $7,500 + GST a month. Ad spend is paid to Google on top, and you can pause campaigns when you’re full. A one-off Google Ads audit is billed at $175 + GST an hour.

They are worth it when you have places to fill and people search for the supports you offer in your area. Searches like SIL or a day program near a town come from people ready to act. The best Google Ads for NDIS are the ones paused when you’re full, so you never pay for enquiries you must turn away.

The ads work the same way, but the wording must match your status. Agency-managed participants can only use registered providers, so registered providers should say so clearly. If you’re not registered, your ads must never suggest you are. We check your status with you before writing a word.

Not by disability. Google doesn’t allow ads targeted at people based on health conditions, so we reach people through what they search and where they are. That includes participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers looking for a support in your area.

They can’t call you registered if you’re not, promise that a plan will fund a support, or pressure people to switch providers. The NDIS Code of Conduct asks providers to act with honesty and transparency, and Australian Consumer Law bans misleading claims. Your organisation stays responsible for compliance, and you approve every ad.

Yes. Recruitment runs as a separate campaign with its own budget, sending job seekers to your careers page instead of your participant pages. In regional areas, where support workers are hard to find, this campaign often matters as much as the participant ads.

Send us a message when capacity changes and we pause that campaign promptly, usually within the same week or sooner. Because each service and site has its own campaign, pausing one doesn’t affect the rest. Google Ads for an NDIS provider should follow your capacity, not run on autopilot.

Your organisation owns the Google Ads account, set up in its name. If you leave, the campaigns, history and audiences stay with you. Our partnership plans have no lock-in contracts, so you stay because the monthly report shows your places filling.
