Inbound marketing agency for buyers already looking

An inbound marketing agency for Australian businesses: we help the right buyers find you, trust you and get in touch when they're ready.

Inbound marketing

An inbound marketing agency for businesses tired of chasing

Rock Solid Marketing runs inbound marketing for Australian businesses, so people searching for what you sell find your answers first, then your business. Right now your sales might come from cold calls, trade shows or word of mouth. They dry up the moment you stop pushing.

Inbound works the other way round. Helpful pages, articles, a well-kept Google Business Profile and follow-up emails bring buyers to you, already half convinced. It's slower to start than ads, and what you publish stays useful long after the month's work is done.

Plans start from $4,500 + GST a month for 28 hours, with no lock-in contracts. The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call.

What's involved

Inbound marketing services that keep working while you're busy

Each part has one job: get you found, earn trust, or turn a reader into an enquiry.

Found when they search

SEO and Google Business Profile work put your pages in front of people typing the problem you solve, in the words they actually use.

Answers worth reading

Our copywriters turn the questions your staff answer every week into articles and service pages. Buyers learn from you before they pick up the phone.

Follow-up that isn't pushy

Email marketing and automation send a useful next step to people who downloaded a guide or asked for a quote. The timing matches how long your buyers take to decide.

Pages that turn readers into enquiries

Clear calls to action, short forms and a phone number on every page. We check which pages produce enquiries and fix the ones that only collect visits.

Built to last

An ad stops the day its budget runs out. An article that answers a common question can keep bringing visitors long after it's published.

Every lead traced

The HubSpot dashboard shows where each enquiry came from: a search, an article, an email or a social post. You see which content earns its keep.

How it works

From first question to first enquiry

Inbound builds over several months, so we plan it in steps you can see.

  1. Free discovery call

A 30-minute call about your buyers, how long they take to decide and where your best enquiries come from today.

  2. Questions and plan

We collect the questions your customers ask, check what people search, and plan the pages, articles and emails that answer them.

  3. Publish and promote

Each month we publish and share new content, improve the pages that rank and set up the emails that follow up.

  4. Measure and refine

The HubSpot dashboard shows which content brings enquiries. We report at the monthly meeting and plan the next round.

The inbound cycle

How an inbound marketing campaign runs

An inbound marketing campaign starts with one buyer question. Say you build farm sheds, and customers keep asking how long a council permit takes. We write the plain answer as an article, link it to your shed page and share it on Facebook and in your newsletter.

Readers can download a checklist or book a site visit. Those who aren't ready get a short email series, and your team follows up only when someone asks. As your inbound marketing agency, we run each campaign for weeks rather than days and report it in HubSpot.

  • One buyer question per campaign
  • An article or guide that answers it
  • Social posts and email that share it
  • A clear next step on every page
  • Leads tracked in HubSpot

Be the answer before you're the sales call.

Working with Janine and the Rock Solid team was wonderful. No matter the idea I had, Janine and the team brought it to life and always exceeded expectations. It was a joy and pleasure working and I learnt so much along the way too.

What The Heck Is Content Marketing, Anyway?

Content marketing is primarily concerned with creating and distributing content that is closely related to what your company sells in order to achieve marketing goals. But what exactly is ‘content,’ you ask? Whatever is published (i.e. uploaded to the internet) is considered content, regardless of its format. Blog articles, videos, white papers, e-books, infographics, email

Inbound marketing with us runs on a partnership plan, from $4,500 + GST a month for 28 hours of SEO, content, email and reporting. Standard ($5,500 + GST a month) and Advanced ($7,500 + GST a month) add hours for more content. If SEO on its own, from $1,000 + GST a month, covers what you need, we'll tell you before we quote.

Inbound marketing is attracting customers with useful content and being easy to find, instead of interrupting them with cold calls or unwanted ads. You publish answers to the questions buyers ask, help search engines show them and follow up with people who show interest. The buyer comes to you, usually better informed.

It means your marketing handles the first sales conversation. Instead of a salesperson explaining prices, process and timeframes on every call, your website and emails explain them first. Your staff then spend their time with people who already know what you offer and roughly what it costs.

An inbound marketing strategy is a written plan of who you want to attract, what they ask and which content will answer them. Ours also sets the order of work and how each piece will be measured. It sits inside the channel strategy every partnership plan includes.

The main inbound marketing channels are search (SEO and your Google Business Profile), your website, articles and guides, social media, email and reviews. In each one, the buyer chooses to engage. Most businesses start with search and email, then add social once there is content worth sharing.

PPC (pay-per-click ads) is usually counted as paid marketing rather than inbound, though search ads sit close to it. A Google Ads click comes from someone already searching, which is inbound behaviour. Display and social ads interrupt people, which is closer to outbound. We sometimes use search ads to send early visitors to new content while SEO builds.

Email marketing is inbound when people have opted in to hear from you, and outbound when it goes to bought or cold lists. Australia's Spam Act 2003 requires consent, a clear sender and an unsubscribe link. We only send to subscribers who asked, which also helps your emails reach the inbox.

No, you need an inbound agency that understands your buyers, wherever it's based. A local inbound marketing agency helps when you want face-to-face meetings. We're based in Mildura and work with clients across Australia by phone and video. As an inbound marketing company, we care more about knowing your customers than sharing your postcode.
