Wedding marketing agency for wedding vendors

A wedding marketing agency for photographers, planners, florists and hair and makeup artists who book couples a year or more ahead.

Partnership plans from $4,500 + GST a month

For wedding vendors

One couple, one booking, a year in advance

Rock Solid Marketing is a wedding marketing agency for wedding photographers, planners, florists, stylists and hair and makeup artists across Australia. Your business is unusual: each couple books you once, often a year or more ahead, mostly on the strength of your portfolio and what other couples say about you.

So marketing for wedding vendors is about being found while couples plan and trusted when they compare. We build a portfolio website that answers their questions, keep your Instagram consistent, manage directory listings and reviews, and help you build referral relationships with venues and other vendors.

Partnership plans start from $4,500 + GST a month. The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call.

Common problems

What gets in the way, and how we fix it

  1. Couples love your Instagram but email to ask your prices and never reply.

    What we do

We add a clear 'from' price or package guide to your website, so the couples who enquire already know you fit their budget.

  2. Your best work is from three years ago because you're too busy to update the site.

    What we do

We refresh your portfolio with recent weddings each season, grouped by style and venue, with the couples' permission.

  3. Referrals from venues and other vendors dry up.

    What we do

We help you stay front of mind with preferred-supplier materials, credited posts and a simple check-in plan with your best referrers.

What we do for wedding businesses

Marketing for weddings, from first look to booked date

Each channel meets couples where they plan and gives them a reason to choose you.

A portfolio site that answers questions

Recent work by style and venue, packages with starting prices, availability and an enquiry form that asks the date and location up front.

Instagram that books couples

A consistent grid and stories that show full weddings, behind the scenes and your personality, with credits to the couples and vendors involved.

Found when couples search

Your Google Business Profile, directory listings and pages for the regions and venues you work at, so couples planning nearby find you.

Reviews couples trust

A request after every wedding, timed when couples are happiest, and replies to every review. No incentivised or filtered reviews, as the ACCC requires.

Follow-up that converts enquiries

A quick reply template, a short email series for couples who opted in and reminders before your next availability fills.

Vendor and venue referrals

Preferred-supplier one-pagers, credited posts and styled shoots that give venues and other vendors a reason to recommend you.

Who it’s for

Is it the right fit?

Who it’s for

  • Wedding photographers and videographers
  • Wedding planners and stylists
  • Wedding florists and cake makers
  • Hair and makeup artists for weddings

Not a fit

  • Wedding venues (see our wedding venue page)
  • You want fake or incentivised reviews
  • You need a promised number of bookings

How it starts

Wedding photography marketing starts with your best weddings

We start with the weddings you'd love to book again: the style, the budget, the venues and how those couples found you. That tells us which work to show, which channels matter and which referrers to look after.

Then we tidy the basics: portfolio, prices, enquiry form and reviews. Marketing wedding photography or planning works best when a couple can see your style, your price range and your availability in under a minute.

  • Your ideal weddings described
  • How past couples found you
  • Portfolio refreshed by style and venue
  • Packages and starting prices shown
  • Referral partners listed

Show your style, your price range and your dates.

How To Use Social Media To Build Trust & Drive Sales For Your Business

In 2025, social media remains one of the most powerful tools small business owners can use to build their brand, connect with customers, and drive sales. But let’s be honest: between running your business, managing day-to-day tasks, and keeping customers happy, finding the time and energy to stay consistent on social media can feel overwhelming.

All FAQs

Our work for wedding businesses runs inside partnership plans from $4,500 + GST a month. That covers your website, Instagram, reviews, directories and reporting. If you only need social posts for now, our social media plans start from $1,500 + GST a month, and we'll tell you before we quote if that fits better.

Be easy to find while couples plan and easy to trust when they compare. Keep a portfolio website with recent work and starting prices, post consistently on Instagram, collect reviews after every wedding and build referral relationships with venues and other vendors. Reply to enquiries quickly, because couples contact several vendors at once.

Lead with your style. Show full weddings, not just single images, grouped by venue and season, so couples can picture their own day. Add starting prices and availability, ask every couple for a review, and credit venues and vendors so they share your work. Styled shoots help when you want to grow into a new style or region.

Start with the venues there. Introduce yourself to venue coordinators, offer images from a styled shoot at the venue, and build pages and posts about weddings in that region. List yourself in the directories couples in that area use, and ask the first couples you shoot there for reviews.

Wedding planner marketing relies on trust and taste. Show complete weddings you've planned, explain your packages clearly, share testimonials couples have written themselves, and build strong relationships with venues and vendors. Planners often win work through referrals, so marketing a wedding planner means looking after those partners.

Sometimes. Directories can bring couples who are actively planning, but results vary by region and category. Track every enquiry back to its source for a season before renewing, and keep your own website and Instagram strong, because those are the channels you control.

Wedding venues have their own page, because they sell differently: tours, seasons, capacity and packages. This page is for vendors who travel to the wedding, such as photographers, planners, florists and stylists.

We don't claim a list of wedding clients. Our experience is in regional tourism, accommodation and events, such as Alivio Tourist Park and Warrawong on the Darling. We'll be upfront about that, and plan your marketing around your style, your couples and your referrers.
