Social Media Management

Influencer marketing agency for brands that want the right creators

An influencer marketing agency in Australia that finds local and micro creators your customers follow, then briefs, checks and tracks every post.

Creator campaigns

An influencer marketing agency that starts with the right creators

Rock Solid Marketing is an influencer marketing agency that finds, vets and manages social media creators for Australian brands, from our office in Mildura. You’ve heard the pitch: pay a creator with a big following and watch sales roll in. Then the post goes out, most of the followers live overseas, and nobody can say what it sold.

We start with research. We look at who actually follows each creator, where they live, what they engage with and which brands the creator has promoted before. You get a shortlist with fees and reasons, and you choose.

Influencer research and a shortlist costs $1,600 + GST, and every project starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. If your customers don’t follow creators at all, we’ll tell you before we quote.

What we do

What a social media influencer agency should do for you

The work many brands skip: checking audiences, writing a clear brief, getting disclosure right and measuring what each creator delivered.

Creator research and vetting

We check each creator’s follower locations, engagement and growth history for signs of bought followers, plus the brands they’ve promoted lately. A big number with the wrong audience goes off the list.

Local and micro creators first

Creators with smaller, engaged followings in your town or niche usually cost less. They also tend to reach more of your actual customers than a national name does.

A brief creators can follow

One page with your key message, must-says, things to avoid, deadlines and the disclosure wording. Creators keep their own style; the brief keeps them accurate.

Fees, gifting and usage rights

We agree fees or product gifts, how many posts, and whether you may reuse the content in your own ads or website, and for how long. It’s written down before anyone posts.

Tracked links and codes

Each creator gets a tracked link and, for online stores, their own discount code. Clicks, code uses and sales are counted per creator rather than guessed.

A report you can act on

Reach, clicks, code uses and the content that worked, creator by creator, in plain English. You see which creators are worth booking again and which aren’t.

  • Food, drink and household brands launching a product
  • Tourism and accommodation businesses that need to be seen
  • Shops, venues and events with a launch or opening date
  • Brands that want local voices rather than a celebrity

  • Brands expecting a promised sales figure from one post
  • Health practitioners wanting patient-style testimonials, which AHPRA rules out
  • Anyone asking for fake reviews or undisclosed paid posts

How it works

How we run an influencer campaign

Research first, then a campaign run to a written brief and measured creator by creator.

  1. Free discovery call

30 minutes on your product, your customers and your budget, and whether creators are the right way to reach them.

  2. Research and shortlist

We find and vet creators, then send a shortlist with their audiences, past work and expected fees. You choose who we approach.

  3. Brief, agree, approve

We agree terms and usage rights, send the brief, and check each draft for accuracy and disclosure before you approve it.

  4. Go live and report

Posts go out with tracked links or codes. We report reach, clicks and sales by creator, and what to do next.

Rules and results

Disclosure, rights and tracking, sorted before anyone posts

Influencer marketing in Australia has rules. The AANA Code of Ethics says advertising must be clearly distinguishable as advertising. The ACCC’s guidance says paid and gifted posts must be disclosed. We check every draft for the platform’s paid partnership label or a clear #ad before it goes live.

When you compare influencer marketing agencies, ask who owns the content afterwards and how results are counted. We write usage rights into the agreement and give every creator a tracked link or code. Campaign management is estimated at $175 + GST an hour after the $1,600 + GST shortlist, and creator fees are paid by you.

  • Paid partnership label or #ad on every paid post
  • Usage rights agreed in writing
  • Tracked links and discount codes per creator
  • Creator fees agreed up front and paid by you
  • Extra checks for alcohol, health and therapeutic goods

No hidden ads, and no guessing what a post sold.

Our influencer research and shortlist costs $1,600 + GST. Campaign management is then estimated at $175 + GST an hour. For a handful of creators, briefing, approvals, disclosure checks and reporting usually take 8 to 12 hours, so about $1,400 to $2,100 + GST. Creator fees are separate and paid by you. You get a fixed quote once the shortlist is agreed.

Influencer marketing is paying or gifting a creator to show your product or business to the people who follow them. The creator might post a reel, a story or a review in their own style. It works because their followers already trust their taste. In Australia the post must be clearly marked as advertising, whether the creator was paid in money or in free product.

It runs in 5 steps: find creators whose followers match your customers, agree fees and usage rights, brief them, approve their drafts, then track results. As your influencer marketing agency, we do the research, write the brief, check each post for disclosure and report on links and codes. The creator keeps their own voice, because that’s what their audience follows.

Yes, when the creator’s followers live where your customers live. A food creator followed across your region can matter more than a national name whose audience is spread across the country. It works less well for things people search for in a hurry, such as a plumber. If Google will do more for you than a creator campaign, we’ll say so before we quote.

It can, if you measure it like any other spend. We give each creator a tracked link and, for online stores, a discount code, so you see clicks, code uses and sales against what you paid. Gifting deals cost less but give you less control over what gets posted. If the numbers don’t justify a second round, the report will show it.

It’s better at trust and weaker at precise targeting. An ad lets you choose the audience exactly; a creator brings people who already listen to them. The two work well together: with the creator’s permission, Meta’s partnership ads can run their post as an ad. We run that on our social ads packages, from $2,000 + GST a month plus 10% of ad spend.

Yes, micro creators are usually where we start. As a micro influencer agency in Australia, we look for creators with smaller, engaged followings in your town or niche. Think of a regional food creator, or a parent who reviews kids’ gear. Their fees are usually lower, and their followers are more likely to be your customers.

We check every draft before it goes live. Each paid or gifted post needs the platform’s paid partnership label or a clear #ad, as the AANA Code of Ethics and the ACCC’s guidance expect. Alcohol, health and therapeutic goods carry extra rules under the ABAC Code, AHPRA’s guidelines and the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code. We don’t ask creators for fake reviews.
