Essentials suits a 5-page service business site. Standard covers 10 to 25 pages with products and linked social accounts. Advanced adds email marketing and CRM automation for bigger sites, and E-commerce is for selling online.
Packages start from $5,000 + GST, and every one can be paid over 6 months. Does your current site only need a few fixes? Then upfront hours at $175 + GST an hour may beat a new package, and we’ll tell you before we quote.

Website design packages in Australia rarely list the same things, so ours are laid out on the same measures: price, pages, images, products, hosting and support.
For service businesses that need a clear, professional site without products. You supply the words and photos, and get 3 rounds of feedback before launch.
For businesses with more services, locations or a small product range. Adds a database, security and SEO plug-ins, and multiple contact forms.
Our custom package: a site designed for your industry that connects to your marketing systems, for organisations with a lot to publish.
For selling online: a full website with a shop, built on Shopify or WooCommerce depending on your products, stock and how you take payments.
Every package includes 12 months of hosting. After that, you choose how much help you want, with a 6-month minimum on care plans.
Each package can be split into 6 monthly payments. Your pages, feedback rounds and support stay exactly the same; only the timing of the invoices changes.

You get the package, page list, feedback rounds, support period and payment option in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.
You supply your words and photos against our page list. We design around them and take your feedback in rounds before anything goes live.
We launch and support you for 2, 4 or 8 weeks, depending on your package. Then hosting and an optional care plan take over.
Choosing a package
Three questions settle most decisions. How many pages do your customers need? Will you sell or list products? And does the site need to feed another system, such as your email marketing or a CRM?
Up to 5 pages and no products points to Essentials. Between 6 and 9 pages, you sit between two packages. So we price Essentials with extra pages at $175 + GST an hour beside Standard, and show you both. An online shop points to E-commerce, and integrations point to Advanced.

That lets you compare like with like. A website package without those numbers is really an hourly quote with a total on top.

Count the pages your customers actually need, then check whether you sell products. Most small businesses fit Essentials: up to 5 pages for $5,000 + GST. If a package leaves any of them out, ask before you sign, because that’s usually where the extra invoices come from later. Good packages also show the price after the first year.
Yes. Advanced is our custom package: a site designed for your industry, from $12,000 + GST. It covers 25 to 50 pages, email marketing integration, a CRM automation database and the Google Analytics kit. If you only need one or two custom features on a smaller site, Standard plus development hours at $175 + GST an hour usually costs less.
Not with us: every package covers both design and development. Some agencies quote the look and the build separately, so check which one you’re being offered. Our website development package prices include the build on a content management system you can edit, testing on phones and desktops, and the launch itself.
Nothing for hosting in year one, because every package includes 12 months of it. After that, hosting is from $400 + GST a year. Care plans are optional, with a 6-month minimum: Basic is $275 + GST a month for 3 to 5 page sites, Essentials care $395 + GST, and Premium $549 + GST for stores and complex sites.
