A website care plan hands that job to people who check the site every month. Basic suits 3 to 5 page sites. Essentials adds hosting and SEO work for 5 to 10 pages, and Premium looks after online stores and complex sites.
Plans start from $275 + GST a month, with a 6-month minimum. If a few edits a year is all you need, upfront hours will do the job, and we’ll tell you before we quote.

Four ways to keep a site looked after, from a few hours a year to a monthly plan for an online store. Pick by page count and whether you sell online.
For sites that rarely change: $175 + GST an hour, bought in blocks of 3 or 5. Use them for content edits, news posts, new staff, pages and menu items. We keep a log of the time.
From $275 + GST a month, minimum 6 months. Framework and plug-in updates, backups, security checks and content maintenance for a small business site.
$395 + GST a month, minimum 6 months. Everything in Basic, plus SEO optimisation, your hosting, and the yearly domain and SSL certificate renewals handled for you.
$549 + GST a month, minimum 6 months. Essentials plus store and payment settings, an SEO health check and audit report, and a one-hour call with us each month.

A free 30-minute call about your site: what it runs on, how many pages it has, whether it sells online and how often it changes.
We look over the site, then recommend upfront hours, Basic, Essentials or Premium. You choose, and the plan starts that month.
Updates, backups and security checks run each month, and bugs and breaks get fixed as they come up.
Send through new prices, staff, posts or pages. We make the change, and Premium clients go through the month on a one-hour call.
Each month
Your website is software, and software ages. WordPress, its theme and each plug-in release updates through the year, and many of them close security holes. A website support plan puts someone in charge of those updates, with a backup on hand if one misbehaves.
Good care is mostly invisible. The contact form still sends, the padlock still shows in the browser bar, and the site loads on the morning a customer goes looking. You notice its absence when a renewal lapses and the site goes dark.
Content drifts too. Opening hours change, a staff member leaves, a price goes up. On every plan you send the change and we make it, so the site still describes the business you run today.
Quiet months are the goal.
