Rock Solid Marketing offers social media management packages for businesses across Australia, run from our office in Mildura. There are three, with the price, posts and platforms written on the page. You’re probably comparing quotes that bundle different things under the same name, which makes them hard to line up.
Ours differ in three ways only: how many platforms, how many posts a month and the boost budget. Everything else, from the briefing session to the monthly results meeting, comes in every package.
Packages start from $1,500 + GST a month, and every project starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. If a cheaper option, such as Canva templates you post yourself, will do the job, we’ll tell you before we quote.

Compare packages
Three packages that differ in platforms, posts a month and boost budget. Everything else is the same in each one.
From $1,500 + GST a month: 8 posts a month on 1 platform. It suits a new or small business that needs a steady, professional presence where its customers already are.
From $2,000 + GST a month: up to 2 platforms and 12 posts a month. You add a boost budget of at least $200 a month, paid to the platform, to push your best posts.
From $2,800 + GST a month: up to 3 platforms and 20 posts a month, about 5 a week. The boost budget is at least $500 a month, paid by you to the platform.
Starter works out at about $188 + GST a post, Standard about $167 and Advanced $140. More volume costs more each month but less for each piece of content.
The package fee covers our work. Boost budgets go to the platform, and anything outside the package, such as a photo shoot, is quoted first. No surprise hidden fees.

We make the posts, carousels, stories and reels. You approve each one on our scheduling platform, with one round of changes.

What it costs
Pricing depends on three things: how many platforms, how many posts and whether you boost them. Our packages set all three, so you know the starting fee before you sign. Anything above it, such as a video shoot, is quoted before it starts.

Every package includes the same core work, from the briefing session to the monthly results meeting. You get posts, carousels, stories, reels and UGC, hashtag and competitor research, and scheduling on our platform. You approve every post, with one round of changes. A reporting dashboard and a dedicated account manager come with every package too.
It covers the content, the scheduling and the reporting, but not replies to comments, shoots or ad campaigns. Community management and photo or video shoots are priced to the job. Paid campaigns sit in our social media advertising packages, from $2,000 + GST a month plus 10% of ad spend. You supply your business information and approve each post.
Not for the work the package lists. The extras are the boost budget on Standard (at least $200 a month) and Advanced (at least $500 a month), which you pay straight to the platform. Any job outside the package, such as a shoot, is quoted before it starts. No surprise hidden fees.
Our lowest-cost package is Starter, from $1,500 + GST a month for 8 posts on 1 platform. If that’s more than you can spend, the cheaper route is doing it yourself with help: Canva templates from $800 + GST each, or advice at $175 + GST an hour. If that will do the job, we’ll tell you before we quote.
Choose by where your customers are and how much material you can supply. One platform and 2 posts a week (Starter) suits many new businesses. Pick Standard if your customers split across two platforms, or Advanced if you have news, stock or events most weekdays. The 30-minute discovery call usually settles it.
A package gives you a planner, a designer and a writer for one monthly fee, but nobody on site. Our social media manager packages bring an account manager backed by the whole team, from $1,500 + GST a month. A staff member can reply to comments all day and take photos on the spot. Some businesses combine the two: staff capture, we plan and polish.
They include boosting, not full ad campaigns. On Standard you pay at least $200 a month to the platform for boosting, about 4 posts at $50 each; on Advanced at least $500, about 5 posts at $100 or 10 at $50. Targeted campaigns with audiences, creative and tracking are our social media advertising packages, from $2,000 + GST a month plus 10% of spend.
