The Far West Joint Organisation FWJO Marketing Partnership

Success Story

About the Client: The Far  West  Joint Organisation (FWJO) is a new non-for-profit, government funded organisation, established in 2018. It consists of four councils working together; Wentworth Shire Council, Broken Hill City Council, Balranald Shire Council and Central Darling Shire Council.

Scope of work :  Branding, Style Guide, Develop Report structure, Website

Type of plan/ partnership : Partnership plan

Objective:  The organisation was looking to develop a new brand and communication strategy for their organisation that was representative of the four councils united. They came to us looking to create a professional presence to attract economic stimulus and funding as well as create a platform to share communications and become a hub of information on multiple disciplines.

Outcome:  We crafted a brand communication strategy that told the story of four councils working together. A symbolic colour and icon was applied to each council and depicted interlocking with the other councils, like pieces of a puzzle coming together to create a complete picture.

To ensure all their brand communication channels were consistent we provided the client with a style guide. This was followed through with stationery, livery and marketing collateral.

A new website was also created. Emotive visuals and clean functionality, walk the user on a journey throughout the site. Providing an experience that provides a treasure of information, evokes a desire to visit the area and attracts funding to the joint regions.

The end result was a persona of professionalism across all communication mediums that grew awareness of the organisation and attracted funding and stimulus to the regions.
