Outgoing and dedicated are two words that quickly come to mind when describing Rock Solid’s Marketing Director, Sean McCoy. Having grown up in rural Victoria, he knows just how hard it is for businesses to get the access they deserve to qualified and skilled marketers and just how important it is to make sure the marketing services that they do receive…. really do work.

With almost 20 years in telecommunications, finance and international trade experience, Sean rounds it all off with a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. Having built two successful businesses before Rock Solid Marketing Mildura, he understands the absolute need for maintaining tight control over spending, but also the necessity of promoting yourself to not only your current clients, but also the ability to be found by new prospects in different markets.

Janine has over 20 years of marketing experience and is leading the Rock Solid Marketing team with a variety of specialisations from our head office in Mildura, Victoria. Holding many certifications and a degree in Marketing  Janine knows that the key to any great campaign is an understanding of the business it serves. By working closely with each business, Janine transforms a business’ ‘real life’ passion and expertise into individually tailored marketing strategies, creating the awe-worthy digital and community presence local businesses deserve.

Before joining Rock Solid Marketing Mildura, Janine’s natural marketing prowess and flair for creativity have led her to over 20 years in executive positions and managerial roles for a variety of corporate organisations, including Downer EDI, National Rugby League (NRL), British Council, First Data International,  and Cashpoint Payment Solutions.

As a hard-working adventure-seeker, Janine was excited for the challenge that working in the regional outback posed, so she uprooted her family from the Northern Beaches in Sydney to live in the Sunraysia region, she realised that many amazing local businesses lacked an online presence, solid branding, or promotion strategy that would help them stand out from the rest. This passion led her to lead Rock Solid Marketing’s regional arm.

Lindsay was an early adopter to the digital world, teaching herself website coding and launching an online newsletter while in high school – just for fun!

Lindsay went on to study information science at Cornell University and shortly after graduating, started a wedding photography business on the side. She quickly learned that digital marketing would be crucial for success and set out to learn the ins and outs of SEO and blogging.

Lindsay moved from New York City to Australia in 2014 on a temporary working holiday visa; 7 years later and she’s now an Aussie citizen! With 10+ years of SEO and WordPress experience and 20+ years of web design under her belt, Lindsay is Rock Solid’s digital expert and SEO guru and has been on the team since Day 1.

In her spare time, you can find Lindsay at the nearest beach, likely with a coffee and Kindle in hand!

A gym, crossfit, hiking and yoga enthusiast, Andrew is super fit to promote your business through the magic of PR. Easygoing, energetic, friendly, adventurous – and a little bit funny – Andrew boasts a proven track record as a storyteller, editor, content creator and PR specialist, bringing to Rock Solid’s clients a wealth of experience in both public relations and journalism over more than three decades, including work as a reporter with Australia’s biggest newspapers in Sydney and Melbourne and as a senior consultant with PR agencies.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Marketing under his belt, Andrew has honed a unique insight into how the media works and how to optimise content for peak results.  As an agile, intuitive and razor-sharp wordsmith– and grammar whizz – Andrew knows how to craft and animate a story, creating compelling., high-quality content that authentically engages with media and other audiences. The result is invaluable, free publicity for your business or project in the media that money can’t buy.

With creativity literally gliding through her veins, what Rachel doesn’t know about her craft, just doesn’t exist! An absolute overachiever with meticulous attention to detail and patience, Rachel’s mantra is “do design differently”. So if you’re looking for something outside the box, Rach is your gal. With over 15 colourful years’ experience in graphic design, she firmly believes that you can never stop improving your artistic skills and actively keeps abreast of the latest programs, techniques and treatments. Clearly at the top of the gene pool in her chosen field, her skill set incorporates illustration, fine arts and photography. Outside of design, Rachel spends her time enjoying Tasmania’s beautiful coastal and wilderness regions and is passionate about health and sustainable living.

Jane has over 10 years’ experience in lead generation, branding, campaign management, social media, graphic design, content, target research and analytics. Jane is Rock Solid Marketing’s social media guru who enjoys the conceptualisation phase and getting those creative juices flowing. What makes her unique is her creative graphic design eye and copywriting skills to piece the entire puzzle together for our clients. Jane believes she is a controlling perfectionist, we might agree, maybe (just a little) and that makes her our perfect piece to the Rock Solid Marketing puzzle.

Emma Sutcliffe is a journalist and communications professional with over twenty years of experience working with government, business, and private clients. She specialises in turning requirements into polished scripts, collaborating with a wide range of people, and understanding complex ideas in order to break them into smaller, bite-sized concepts. She loves project management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning and advice, content creation, and establishing communications processes so each partnership is a two-way learning experience. Emma is a passionate writer and climate reality project leader.

Saimul is an energetic and enthusiastic web developer who brings a breath of fresh air to every project he tackles! With a specialty in web design & development, he has a passion for creating top-notch solutions that exceed clients’ expectations.

Saimul is a true jack-of-all-trades when it comes to web development, with proficiency in PHP-based frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, Symfony, and CakePHP for custom web development and also specializes in a wide range of content management systems, including WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Webflow, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Kajabi and many more. He has a lively and creative approach to problem-solving, always finding the best solution for each unique need. With his infectious enthusiasm and passion for his work, Saimul is a joy to work with. He is a proactive communicator, and keeping everyone in the loop every step of the way, and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Damian is a highly experienced behavioural scientist and insights professional with a focus on complexity and innovation. Dr. Damian Collins. works closely with Rock Solid Marketing Mildura to conduct workshops and focus groups.

Prior to co-founding the Sage Collective, Damian led a large insights and analytics capability that developed and implemented customer acquisition and retention interventions. Experienced behavioural scientist based in Bendigo, and has an excellent understanding of communication effectiveness and has presented on the topic of ‘emotion in communication effectiveness’ at such events as the Asian Marketing Effectiveness conference in China.

During the workshops, Damian can obtain the relevant information from your team in an easy-going, conversational style discussion. The core information taken from this workshop is used to build the foundation for marketing strategies and campaigns.

The saying, ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ is especially true with our next Rock Solid Marketing Mildura super star, Kirby, an ex-semi-professional Soccer player has metamorphosed before our eyes into the Digital Media specialist we see today. A self-taught developer with a Communications degree in Digital Media, his experience in the Marketing world ranges from Fitness, Finance, Tourism and Education.
